WIP Wednesday: Pebble the Gnome...

So this time I laid out my colors in advance hoping "Pebble" from A Donsy of Gnomes would appear.  These colors seemed appropriate for a crystal gardener.

This time I made his arms a bit longer, though I think they could be longer still.

And that's it for my gnome felting for the moment.  I'm on to sew some wool squirrels for the "Brother Acorn" story now.   Should be a fun year of storytelling!

  1. I love your gnomes! I just learned how to needle felt actually, but I have not attempted to make faces just yet. I hope I'll be able to make gnomes and fairies, but I still need to practice easier things first I think. You make this look so easy!

On another note, I've been loving to see your pins on Pinterest, you always pin the neatest things :)

  6. This one is even better! What kind of wool are you using? I really like the rougher structure compared to Corriedale that they sell everywhere.
