'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads;
Merry Christmas from the Southwest! I love that top picture because it shows both our pretty tree and our beautiful Southwestern, winter sky at dusk. This was a few nights ago. Owen fell asleep while we were reading Scrooge and he looked so angelic I had to take a picture. After we put him into his bed I heard what I thought was crying. I went into his room and found him asleep, bouncing on his knees and laughing hysterically. I got him to lay down and then up he popped again laughing. So... I think there really were sugar plums in his head.
I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas!
