Wood-Burning Egg Holders

I found these wooden egg holders at the craft store for 50% off.  I think they were around .6o a piece!  Score!  I was ecstatic!  I would have bought more but there were only 4 left. I hope to find some more next Easter or buy some little white porcelain cups to have a mix and match table. My favorite kind of table anyway!

Since making the story eggs I've been itching to find another wood-burning project.  I've also been on the look out for some egg cups but hadn't thought of wooden ones.  I love henna design so I found images online for my inspiration.  They're imperfectly lovely I think.  I tried to create a similar basic design on all of them for unity and from there made them all a little unique as well.  I love beginning new traditions.  And I hope getting these out every year becomes just that.

Until next time...
