All Hallow's Eve

(The ghosts we made for our tree)
It was a frightening night, on All Hallow's Eve. The moon was a high, sliver of spookiness and ghosts were flying through the trees.

The local goblins were getting crazy!

They were hopped up on pumpkin, chocolate chip cookies

and enjoying the frightful night together.

Earlier, the child Michael, had carved pumpkins with his Mom & Dad.

The child had carved his by repeatedly stabbing it, hence its disturbing, missing eyes. His mother added a mouth with teeth.

There was a last minute costume change. The child wanted to be a frog instead of a big, floppy dinosaur.

Sponge Bob Square pants concurred, in his beautifully handmade costume.

The local goblins trick or treated until their bags were full and their eyes were heavy. It was a very scary and happy All Hallow's Eve.

  1. What I love: the pumpkin's disturbing, missing eyes, the most insanely cute frog suit I've ever seen, and the homemade Sponge Bob. Halloween is glorious, candy is temporary, and sleep comes eventually. And this half-baked fairy godmother showed up in two of the photos, and neither were printworthy. I'll do better next time!
