Our Runaway Whiner, Michael 3 1/2 Michael does this new thing.He says “I don’t wanna _______, (fill in the blank).“I don’t wanna go to bed”, ”I don’t wanna eat dinner” in the whiniest, most discordant tone that sends many, many stabbing implements into my brain.
The other thing he does right now is any time I say “Let’s go _____”, (fill in the blank).“Let’s go get you dressed”, “Let’s go brush your teeth”, he runs off and hides.He thinks this game is great fun.These are two things I’m sure someday I’ll look back on and laugh and think are cute.But in the moment, not so much.
I'm reminded of a favorite song, "Little Wonders" by Rob Thomas. "Let it go", will be my motto.
I went to yahoo music to see the video and figured I could just post a link to the song. But then they have a feature that said to imbed the video copy and paste this code. I didn't really know what imbedding was, I again thought it might just post a link. But it posted the actual video. I was surprised. So there it is. LU
You are such a good writer and very good at this stuff, I feel pale in comparison, and not really sure how to do this without sounding like an idiot. It is fun though.
I know I never had a chance to send you the video I made your dad, my computer was messing up, I cant wait to show you it when you get home, and burn you a copy to take back with you.
