Chunky boys with a soft chocolaty center. I just want to eat em up!

I'm guessing all you parents know exactly what I mean. I’ve called them “chunky” since they developed those sweet, chunky rolls as nurslings.
I can look in their big, brown, “chocolate” eyes and lose myself in their liquid centers. They ask, “Mommy can we go to the park?”, “Mommy can we bake?”, “Mommy, play with me.” Sure honey.

I can and do say no. Though often times, I’m a goner if I look in those chocolate eyes first. You all know what I mean. Hazel, blue, green, or brown you can look in your child’s eyes and see yourself and the sweetness of the world reflected there. Ooey, gooey, good!

This week I'm grateful for...
    • reminders to slow down & enjoy the season.
    • those moments I've taken that advice!
    • silly boys and trying to get that perfect photo (?)
    What are you grateful for?

    Until next time...

    3. Oh, I wonder what they are laughing about! Brotherly moments are the best.
Here is mine with my youngest waiting for his turn, always waiting!
