The boys loved my Mom's convertible! There isn't a less child-friendly car in the universe (except for maybe those tiny cars without a back seat) so it was a bit frustrating to me.
But it took us where we wanted to go. In the sun and to the beach, to cousins, aunts & uncles & and grandparents houses. The wind made the boys joyful and wild!
And apparently irreverent as well!
