This chair was gathering dust and clothing in our bedroom until we moved it to our front courtyard. It has become my favorite spot. It's sporting a Maya Made inspired pillow at the moment, made from a coffee sack.
The courtyard was The reason I wanted to move into this house. 
Once I saw this beautiful Bougainvillea, I just knew I wanted to live here. My first thought was what a beautiful place to have our baby. Our bedroom window opens out to this courtyard. The Bougainvillea was just starting to bloom when Owen was born.
Sadly, though we weren't hanging out there much. It just wasn't comfortable. Now, it's my early morning spot to sit and look at the beauty all around me, listen to the birds and rock little Owen.
