Michael, almost 4 yrsThis was a much nicer exchange than the time I was putting on makeup, including red lipstick, which looked totally wrong. Before I was able to wipe it off Michael said, "Mommy, you look like a witch!" Out of the mouths of babes! That same morning when he saw me putting on makeup he asked for some. I was in a hurry and said no. To which he screamed and cried big crocodile tears, (to his father's horror), "I want to wear makeup! I want to wear makeup!" I finally gave him some chap stick and he calmed down putting it on like Mommy in the mirror. Too funny!

Zephyr has his own makeup and makeup bag. A few years ago, when I was pregnant with Jubilee, he would watch me try to spruce it up every morning (I've since given up, unless I'm working.) I gave him a pink eyeshadow, and he brushes it on all over his face, but it's basically impossible to tell. Win/win!
